What's your favorite workout after a long weekend of indulging?!

My way of bouncing back is a hardcore workout that consists of cardio and weight training.  I like boot camp classes, or kickboxing and kick ass sculpt class.  Then I try to eat healthy (like smoothies, protein, veggies and healthy carbs!) for the rest of the week - until I may indulge again on the weekend! lol. 

Remember, just because you indulge on the weekend, don't beat yourself up for it.  You can always get back on track - you need to enjoy life too!  We say a million times, but it's really true - moderation is key.
